By posting my photos online with Indiaoye.com, I understand and accept the following terms and conditions :

Photos submitted to indiaoye.com are subject to approval.

I acknowledge that Indiaoye.com has made no promises, warranties or guarantees to me, expressed or implied, that I will obtain employment or bookings but only that my photos and stats will be available online to those who wish to view them.

I understand the agency will contact me directly at my contact detail and Indiaoye.com is not involved in any of my agreement with any Ad Agency, Film Maker, Photographers etc

I understand that website fees are non-refundable once my photos are posted online for the duration mentioned against each membership type and will not be charged and/or my check will not be cashed if my photos are not approved by Indiaoye.com

I hereby authorize Indiaoye.com to use my image, photographs, likeness, stats and any other information necessary in order to promote me and the services of Indiaoye.com
